What is Media Matchmaker (MM)?

Media Matchmaker (MM) is an online business-to-business matching service that systematically connects producers (studios, networks and producers) with advertisers (advertisers and media buyers) for real-time product placement and sponsorship opportunities. MM is a marketplace that provides users with instant access to each other in an organized, efficient and cost-effective manner. MM's automated process increases a user's productivity by permitting them to do more deals in less time with ease.

Who are the Producers and Advertisers that use MM?

MM serves large, medium and smaller brands and producers. The largest companies are industry leaders who are continually seeking new business relationships in order to generate new revenues and obtain valuable brand exposure.

The medium and smaller brands and producers have not had access to the larger players and have been underserved in this growing arena. Yet, due to MM's universal efficiencies, large, medium and smaller brands and producers can find each other to discuss and consummate deals, despite limited resources.

Advertisers who use the MM system include:
Ad Agencies of all sizes across the U.S. who represent brands and products of all sizes in all industries.

Producers who use the MM system include:
Film, TV, DVDs, Video Games, Internet-Webcasting, Concerts, Theater, Mobile Content, Music Videos, Outdoor, Non-Traditional Venues, Pod Casting, Print-Magazine, Print-Books, Radio, Sporting Events and other categories.

Why should I use the service?

It normally takes months or more to find new, qualified leads to make a deal. With MM, it now takes only minutes.

MM will save you time and money by efficiently delivering qualified leads from industry executives who are ready and willing to make deals.

It puts the control of the deal making process into the hands of the people who produce the shows and the decision makers who want their product featured on those shows. (Third party representatives are not permitted to use the service.)

Who can not use the service?

Adult industry and third party representatives of producers or brands may not use the service.

How much does it cost to use MM?

MM is a monthly fee based service.

  • Monthly Subscription: Clients pay a small, monthly fee based on the volume of brands that are placed on the system. Volume discounts are offered.

  • The MM service will be available on a complimentary basis until February 28, 2006. Then it becomes a fee based service.

Can I use the service for several months, then stop and then resume?

Yes. You may keep your account open with us, and you can make it active or inactive each month. Since you automatically pay for the service on the first of each month, you can put your account on hold for the next month if you notify us by the 25th of the prior month.

How do I sign up for the service?

1) Send us an e-mail requesting admission. Please be sure to answer all of the questions on the form below.

2) We will review your credentials and set up a phone call or a meeting for further discussion. We may be in communications with your company already, so we need to qualify every submission.

3) Make sure you fit the following criteria:

  • Be the ad agency of record that has the rights to represent the brand for marketing opportunities.

  • Your company must be reputable. We reserve the right to not serve any applicant.

  • Your company will pay for the monthly service with a credit card or other form of electronic payment on the first of each month, prior to receiving that month's service. If you start mid-month, you will have pro-rated billing. We also offer annual subscriptions with discounts.

4) Once your company is approved and our paperwork is executed, we will provide usernames and passwords for your company and you can start making deals!
